Our Payments Methods
- Paypal: Please have your login details and as you will be redirected to the PayPal website during the payment transaction. If you choose Paypal method which will redirect you to our website, once the payment been completed sucessfully.
- After received your payment, we will process your order and ship to you.
- We have received your payment. We will send you an email to confirm the order, and please confirm it again.
Your bill includes:
1- Order value (may or may not have promotion)
2- Tax will show 10% on the payment page.
3- Shipping costs (If any) - Shipping in the US. We will not charge for delivery.
HANDLING AND SHIPPING
We process orders Monday through Friday and exclude Post Office holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Animation, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Processing time: (Are the time of order confirmation and the time we produce) 1-3 days (in normal season) or more depending on the holiday season & Order processing time is 5 days at the latest.
After sending the item to the carrier, we will send you a verification code via email.
Estimated delivery time: 7 - 12 business days for the US & 20 - 30 business days for international (during regular seasons) or more depending on the holiday seasons, , and the delay time is not more than 3 days.
Currently, our shipping cannot deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Due to the current pandemic (COVID-19) there may be a delay in our delivery time. However, the delay time is not more than 3 working days. And we will notify you in advance of the delay via email.
