EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

As a seller, we always bring the best experience to our customers. However, we cannot avoid errors in the production process and product delivery. If that happens to you, we sincerely apologize and don't worry too much. We will be happy to refund or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if it's been 30 days since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. (0)

A- REFUND POLICY

Conditions you can refund (1) 

1- The product you received is not the correct size chart.

2- The product you received is not the correct color.

3- The product you received has a blurry image.

4- The product you received is not the same as the item you ordered.

5- Our delivery time is delayed and we did not inform you about this problem.

6- Defective products caused by manufacturers such as Torn, broken, missing parts.

7. The product is not the same as the described material is too thick, too thin, or it is not what we describe the product material by the product picture and content.

8. Faults caused by the carrier such as Deformation, tearing, breakage, wetness, or the product is not intact due to physical impact.

If you receive our products with the above problems, we are willing to exchange or refund the purchase invoice.

Refund and exchange methods

Step 1:

Contact us via our support to see if your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, the reason for the refund.

The content of the email you send us includes:

- Please let us know the problem you have with our product.

- Please attach a picture or video of the product you received and let us know what's wrong with them.

- Please attach a receipt if you have one.

(Note: We only deal with refunds or exchanges when the product has problems in part (1). In other cases we reserve the right to refuse refunds)

Step 2: After receiving your email, we will process the information and respond by email or phone call. We process the information within 24 hours of your email being sent.

Step 3: If we can verify the refund claim with photos or videos from your email, please ensure the provisions of article (1) we will refund you. And will confirm this with you by email.

The amount will refund you will be equal to the invoice value you paid.

Refunds - you can choose from the following:

- Receive money by Paypal or bank transfer.

The time you receive your refund: We will process your refund within 48 hours. We will send you a money order receipt via email.

Step 4: In case we are unable to verify our product information is faulty through the pictures and videos on the email you send us, please take the following steps:

a) Return our defective product by post. Please email us once you have done it successfully. The email content includes a photo of the shipping invoice. We will pay for the shipping.

(In case you have to pay the shipping fee in advance to the shipping company, don't worry we will refund that fee when refunding you)

b) After we receive your defective product sent we will proceed to verify it if it falls within the refund rules in clause (1) we will refund you.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

The amount you receive back includes the purchase invoice plus the shipping bill when you send the item to us. (That is, you will receive a Chargeback = purchase invoice + shipping invoice when you return the product to us)

Refunds - you can choose from the following:

- Receive money by Paypal or wire transfer.

The time you receive your refund: We will process your refund within 48 hours. We will send you a money order receipt via email.

Note: In case you do not receive the funds within 48 hours, please contact your bank or Paypal customer support to check the transfer information. Or you can email us for an answer.

Step 5: If the product I received is not by the provisions refund of the item (1), the contents will be refunded. We will return the product to you. You will bear all shipping costs.

B- EXCHANGE POLICY

Conditions you can exchange products

Case 1: When you have not received the goods, you can exchange them for another product in our shop for free within 24 hours.

Case 2: If you change the product within 24h - 48h. You will have to pay an additional fee of 5$.

Note: in this case, the product you want to exchange is not a customized product you requested. If it is a custom product according to your request sorry we cannot fulfill this request.

Case 3:

After 72 hours or - If you have received the goods and want to exchange for another product on our shop.

Mandatory conditions:

- The product you want to exchange is not a customized product you requested.

- The product you want to exchange has the same value or higher than the value of the product you bought.

- The product has not been used and has all labels.

Exchange steps:

1- Please email us the item you want to exchange, we will make this transaction via email.

2- Send the product you want to exchange to our store address. You will have to pay this shipping bill to the shipping company.

3- After we receive your product, we will proceed to resend the goods to you. We will pay shipping costs. Delivery time is the same as when you buy a new order from when we receive your item back.

4- For the product you exchange with a higher value than your previous invoice, please pay us the fee for the difference. Payment method via PayPal. You will be required to pay us before we ship to We will email this payment request to you.

HANDLING AND SHIPPING

We process orders Monday through Friday and exclude Post Office holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Animation, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Processing time: (Are the time of order confirmation and the time we produce) 1-3 days (in a normal season) or more depending on the holiday season & Order processing time is 5 days at the latest.

After sending the item to the carrier, we will send you a verification code via email.

Estimated delivery time: 7 - 12 business days for the US & 20 - 30 business days for international (during regular seasons) or more depending on the holiday seasons, and the delay time is not more than 3 days.
Currently, our shipping cannot deliver to US military bases. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
